Project Overview
Our client’s biggest problem was the absence of a smooth system for sorting and displaying the dress categories arranged in such a manner that they're easily navigable on the website. The existing layout did not call for enough variations in different dresses like prom, bridesmaid, summer formal, and brunch outfits that are supposed to be showcased in the store. Furthermore, they were not able to manage the customer support that acted as a main factor in hindering potential customers and attaining better conversion percentages.
